Damaged Box upon delivery:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.
If you receive a damaged box and subsequently a damaged part, do NOT accept the package. Have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. Contact us to let us know that a part was damaged upon delivery.
We guarantee our products and replacement parts to be free of manufacturer defects. Any defective parts must be returned within thirty days of delivery for credit or exchange. Please call first to have an RMA issued for the return. All parts returned as defective will be inspected by Emissions Depot or our supplier. If the part is determined to be in good working order (not defective), it will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Parts that are visibly defective, (its obvious that you received a defective part), we will process your claim as quickly as possible.
If you need a new part shipped right away (you cannot wait for the return to be processed), you can purchase a new part; upon return and inspection/determination of the defective part, we will refund the original invoice.
